After the previous games, Mr. Hopp's victims have vanished and the curse has spread to a new household. Kaiya lives quietly until little toys, sketches, and shattered furniture appear in her home. A humming toy chest is left behind when Emmie disappears one night. Kaiya enters a world of her child's memories and worries as she touches it. With empty passageways, moving chambers, and independent toys, the Toybox works by its own laws.
