Spread sauce on tortilla.
Perfectly grill it
Fold it to finish the taco.

Some customers are kind, others are impatient or unpleasant. Serve them swiftly and move the queue! Mistakes and delays upend the mood. Nighttime survival needs speed, accuracy, and awareness.
