We have one room left to examine, and we're running out of time. It's Last Light. Do you play it safe and back off, or do you risk it all for a few more bucks to beef up your arsenal?
Last Light is a world where luck is often pushed to the point of violence. Escaping this underground lab requires more than just a fast trigger finger; it's a calculated test of what to scavenge, where to reinforce, and just when to run.
Your days are spent exploring 2D hallways to find currencies, secure keycards, and open new pathways while trapped in a subterranean facility besieged by mutants. But electricity is the only thing that keeps you alive. The lifts, doors, and lights are all kept running by the electricity system. Alarms will sound if the circuit is overloaded, removing your defences and allowing the swarm of undead to enter. Before you rashly venture into uncharted terrain, your first objective should be locating basement switches to restore stability.

The real nightmare starts at midnight. Your sole means of survival are the coins you scavenged during the day. You have to make calculated investments in stronger base defences, more powerful weapons, or character enhancements. To buy yourself valuable seconds, place automated turrets at crucial choke points and drag vending machines to block vulnerable entryways. The game adds a roguelite twist even if you are overrun by the mutants: some combat upgrades carry over between plays, making you somewhat more deadly for each unsuccessful escape.
You are cut off from the surface and the security of daylight by seven exhausting floors. Because it is almost impossible to remedy a tactical error once the laboratory becomes fully hostile, preparation and base management are just as important as your aim. Check to discover if you have what it takes to live until morning, lock and load, and use your resources sensibly. So try Last Light now.
