Police will chase and stop your automobile at all costs. Move despite traffic laws. Go the other way on the lane and enter residences. You can hit any road vehicle.

Avoid police capture. Continue moving and police cars will encircle you. Even helicopters fly in and hover over your automobile.

Swim: Use Space to jump and dig. This works well for avoiding road cops.
When stranded, use a parachute to fly.
