You were taken to a place where sick people feast on and kill each other. In The Specimen Zero, you need to find a device and figure out how to get out.
To move around the lab, press WASD or the mouse. To look around, press space or shift. To interact, press E, and to turn on the lights, press F. To get out of the rooms, you need to find the keys that open the doors. If you can, hide somewhere when the monster comes.
You lose the game if you lose your life points. You should still look for hints, items, and the three keys (red, blue, and yellow). The crowbar, cable, and fuse are the three tools you need to get out of the evil hospital. You use them to open them.
