You're the Client's inward voice. You will accompany them through their daily lives. You must monitor, assess emotional hazards, and respond to protect their mental health.

This is the hardest. Your character will panic and lose control if you instil too much fear via the anxiety gauge. If you're mute or neglectful, they'll become careless and vulnerable to outside attacks.
